I would like to explain here the advantages of UTF over the other codes. For Interational (multilinugal) Pages one should choose UTF-8, since all letters then can be displayed at the same time. Or might that be a seperate Tips & Tricks-page?

I think it should be a subheading under the languages entry.  Otherwise it might get seperated too far.  [[User:Tomw|TomW]]
